TNSA Privacy Policy & Data Protection Framework

Comprehensive privacy policy governing all TNSA AI models, services, and data processing activities. Version 2.1 — Effective December 9, 2025

1. DEFINITIONS & SCOPE

1.1 Definitions

  • 1.1.1 "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • 1.1.2 "Processing" means any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, dissemination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
  • 1.1.3 "Data Subject" means the natural person to whom personal data relates.
  • 1.1.4 "Controller" means TNSA as the entity determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.
  • 1.1.5 "Processor" means any entity processing personal data on behalf of TNSA.
  • 1.1.6 "TNSA Services" includes all AI models, APIs, applications, and related services provided by TNSA.
  • 1.1.7 "Training Data" means datasets used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate TNSA AI models.
  • 1.1.8 "Inference Data" means data processed by TNSA models to generate outputs.
  • 1.1.9 "Biometric Data" means personal data resulting from specific technical processing relating to physical, physiological, or behavioral characteristics.
  • 1.1.10 "Sensitive Personal Data" includes racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, biometric data, and data concerning sex life or sexual orientation.

1.2 Scope of Application

  • 1.2.1 This policy applies to all processing of personal data by TNSA in connection with TNSA Services.
  • 1.2.2 This policy covers data processing regardless of the means used (automated or manual).
  • 1.2.3 This policy applies to data processing activities conducted within and outside the European Union.
  • 1.2.4 Specific provisions apply to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, and other jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy laws.
  • 1.2.5 This policy supplements but does not replace specific terms in service agreements or model licenses.

2. DATA COLLECTION

2.1 Categories of Personal Data Collected

  • 2.1.1 Account Information: Name, email address, username, password (hashed), profile information.
  • 2.1.2 Contact Information: Email address, phone number, mailing address (for enterprise customers).
  • 2.1.3 Technical Information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, API keys.
  • 2.1.4 Usage Data: Service interactions, feature usage, session duration, error logs, performance metrics.
  • 2.1.5 Content Data: Text inputs, image uploads, generated outputs, conversation history.
  • 2.1.6 Payment Information: Billing address, payment method details (processed by third-party providers).
  • 2.1.7 Communication Data: Support tickets, feedback, survey responses, marketing communications.
  • 2.1.8 Location Data: General geographic location based on IP address (not precise geolocation).
  • 2.1.9 Behavioral Data: Interaction patterns, preferences, customization settings.
  • 2.1.10 Security Data: Authentication logs, access attempts, security incident reports.

2.2 Sources of Personal Data

  • 2.2.1 Directly from data subjects through account registration, service usage, and communications.
  • 2.2.2 Automatically through technical systems, cookies, and analytics tools.
  • 2.2.3 From third-party integrations and API connections authorized by users.
  • 2.2.4 From publicly available sources for research and model improvement purposes.
  • 2.2.5 From business partners and resellers (with appropriate consent).

2.3 Special Categories of Data

  • 2.3.1 TNSA does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless explicitly required for service provision.
  • 2.3.2 Users are prohibited from submitting sensitive personal data through TNSA Services without explicit consent.
  • 2.3.3 If sensitive data is inadvertently processed, TNSA will implement additional safeguards and may delete such data.
  • 2.3.4 Biometric data may be processed only for security purposes with explicit consent.
  • 2.3.5 Health data processing requires separate agreements and enhanced security measures.

3. PROCESSING PURPOSES

  • 3.1.3 Providing access to TNSA Services and features.

  • 3.1.7 Delivering notifications and service updates.
  • 3.1.8 Maintaining service availability and performance.

  • 3.1.10 Enabling collaboration features and data sharing (with consent).

  • 3.2.1 Analyzing usage patterns to improve service functionality.
