TNSA Terms of Service & Conditions

Comprehensive terms governing access and use of all TNSA AI services, models, and platforms. Version 3.2 — Effective December 9, 2025

1. ACCEPTANCE & BINDING AGREEMENT

1.1 Agreement Formation

  • 1.1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TNSA Corporation ("TNSA," "we," "us," or "our").
  • 1.1.2 By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any TNSA Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  • 1.1.3 If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.
  • 1.1.4 These Terms take effect immediately upon your first use of TNSA Services and remain in effect until terminated in accordance with Section 12.
  • 1.1.5 Your continued use of TNSA Services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

1.2 Modifications & Updates

  • 1.2.1 TNSA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
  • 1.2.2 Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notifications, or prominent website notices at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
  • 1.2.3 Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting to the TNSA website.
  • 1.2.4 If you disagree with any modifications, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of TNSA Services.
  • 1.2.5 The current version of these Terms is always available at https://tnsa.ai/legal/terms.

1.3 Supplemental Terms

  • 1.3.1 Additional terms may apply to specific TNSA Services, features, or programs ("Supplemental Terms").
  • 1.3.2 Supplemental Terms are incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms.
  • 1.3.3 In case of conflict between these Terms and Supplemental Terms, Supplemental Terms shall prevail for the specific service or feature.
  • 1.3.4 Enterprise customers may have separate Master Service Agreements that supersede portions of these Terms.
  • 1.3.5 API usage is subject to additional API Terms and rate limiting policies.

2. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION

2.1 Key Definitions

  • 2.1.1 "TNSA Services" means all AI models, APIs, applications, websites, software, and related services provided by TNSA.
  • 2.1.2 "AI Models" includes but is not limited to NGen3, NGen3.9, IGen 1 Nano, Stellar v2, NGen Realtime, and NGen2 models.
  • 2.1.3 "User Content" means any data, text, images, audio, video, or other content submitted to or processed by TNSA Services.
  • 2.1.4 "Generated Content" means outputs, responses, or results produced by TNSA AI Models based on User Content or prompts.
  • 2.1.5 "Account" means your registered user account for accessing TNSA Services.
  • 2.1.6 "Authorized Users" means individuals authorized by you to access TNSA Services under your Account.
  • 2.1.7 "Documentation" means user guides, API documentation, and technical specifications provided by TNSA.
  • 2.1.8 "Intellectual Property" means patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.
  • 2.1.9 "Confidential Information" means non-public information disclosed by either party marked as confidential.
  • 2.1.10 "Third-Party Services" means services, applications, or platforms not owned or operated by TNSA.

2.2 Service Categories

  • 2.2.1 "Free Services" means TNSA Services provided without charge, subject to usage limitations.
  • 2.2.2 "Paid Services" means TNSA Services requiring payment of fees as specified in your subscription or usage agreement.
  • 2.2.3 "Beta Services" means pre-release or experimental features marked as beta, alpha, preview, or similar designations.
  • 2.2.4 "Enterprise Services" means TNSA Services provided under separate enterprise agreements.
  • 2.2.5 "API Services" means programmatic access to TNSA AI Models through application programming interfaces.

2.3 Technical Terms

  • 2.3.1 "Inference" means the process of generating outputs from AI Models based on input data.
  • 2.3.2 "Training" means the process of developing or improving AI Models using datasets.
  • 2.3.3 "Fine-tuning" means customizing pre-trained AI Models for specific use cases or domains.
  • 2.3.4 "Embeddings" means numerical representations of data generated by AI Models.
  • 2.3.5 "Tokens" means units of text or data processed by language models, typically measured for billing purposes.

3. TNSA SERVICES DESCRIPTION

3.1 Core AI Models

  • 3.1.1 NGen3 OpenWeight Models: Large language models available under open-weight licenses for research and commercial use.
  • 3.1.2 NGen3.9 Language Models: Advanced language models available via API and GensChat interface.
  • 3.1.3 IGen 1 Nano Image Generation: Compact image generation models for API and GensChat integration.
  • 3.1.4 Stellar v2: Specialized AI model for specific domain applications via API access.
  • 3.1.5 NGen Realtime: Real-time language processing models integrated into GensChat platform.
  • 3.1.6 NGen2 OpenWeight: Previous generation open-weight models with continued support.
  • 3.1.7 TNSA OpenDatasets: Curated datasets for training and research purposes.

3.2 Platform Services

  • 3.2.1 GensChat: Web-based conversational interface for interacting with TNSA AI Models.
  • 3.2.2 API Platform: RESTful APIs for programmatic access to TNSA AI Models.
  • 3.2.3 Model Hub: Repository for downloading and accessing open-weight models.
  • 3.2.4 Developer Console: Tools for managing API keys, usage monitoring, and billing.
  • 3.2.5 Documentation Portal: Comprehensive guides, tutorials, and reference materials.

3.3 Service Availability

  • 3.3.1 TNSA strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • 3.3.2 Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
  • 3.3.3 Service levels may vary between Free Services and Paid Services.
  • 3.3.4 Beta Services are provided "as-is" without availability guarantees.
  • 3.3.5 TNSA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

4. USER ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

4.1 Eligibility Requirements

  • 4.1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use TNSA Services.
  • 4.1.2 You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • 4.1.3 You must not be prohibited from using TNSA Services under applicable laws or regulations.
  • 4.1.4 You must not be located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes.
  • 4.1.5 Corporate users must be validly existing entities in good standing.

4.2 Account Registration

  • 4.2.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • 4.2.2 You must promptly update your account information if it changes.
  • 4.2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • 4.2.4 You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
  • 4.2.5 You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

4.3 Identity Verification

  • 4.3.1 TNSA may require identity verification for certain services or usage levels.
  • 4.3.2 You must provide requested verification documents promptly and accurately.
  • 4.3.3 TNSA may suspend services pending completion of verification processes.
  • 4.3.4 False or misleading information may result in account termination.
  • 4.3.5 Enhanced verification may be required for high-volume or enterprise usage.
